HOME CONSULTATION:

The first step is a one hour consultation either at your home, or virtually via Skype/FaceTime/text/email.  This stage is $50 and gives us time to discuss your projects needs and budget.  During this time we will figure out what you love about your home and what you hate, and what you want to add to it or change about it.

After the consult, you can then decide if you would like to move forward with one of my design packages and we can discuss which option is best suited for you.

*If you would prefer my suggestions to be done for you, or that I do shopping for you, the additional cost per hour ranges from $50-100.

RE-DESIGN TO SELL/STAGING $200-1200

 -Staging services are currently ONLY suited for clients who already have

furniture to use along with smaller accent pieces I own, and starts at $200 for a two hour consult and potential redesign. I offer a non biased perspective on how your home may be viewed by a prospective buyer. I will help you present your home to achieve a quicker sale and max value.

 

-The price is subject to change if items need to be purchased to get your home looking seamless and presentable.
